We’ve been spending most of our time working to get the contributor and user experience as perfect as we possibly can for you guys, but now it’s time to turn our attention to ourselves. Today we spent some time discussing what features and functionality we’d like the admin dashboard to have; what would make our lives easier when we’re reviewing your articles, applications and area of expertise submissions.
We came up with a simple solution that will allow us to do a few things including sort through and review articles, applications and topic suggestions and search for users. As other items come up we’ll add more admin options, but we’re trying to keep our dashboard as simple as possible.
We still haven’t implemented all the changes that we’ve come up with for the contributor end (we had a focus group come into the San Francisco office last week and use the site, which gave us some fantastic ideas), but you’ll be seeing some updates soon. We’ve almost got the site up to snuff. Exciting times!
